Creamy Sheep Milk Cheese Essentials It's location below the shoulderThe Creamy Sheep Milk Cheese from La Antigua Queseria is made from raw sheep's milk but it differs from the rest of our cheeses by having a soft and creamy, cake like texture. Mild flavor but with personality, with small bitter touches and fully edible natural bark. It is sent to you in a special maturing bag, allowing it to evolve naturally. This cheese is easily spreadable.
